We are currently completing the first stage in our switch to the brand new loyalty system! Regrettably in order to complete this stage the Rocky Card program will be unavailable for the next 24 hours.
Please note that you will be unable to access your rocky card account during this time. New customers will be unable to create a new account and register their cards as well.
Our stores will NOT be able to process Rocky Card transactions at this time. This includes new activations, gift cards, or adding points for a transaction.
We will continue to post updates throughout the next few days to ensure customers are well informed. If you make a transaction in the next 24 hours please contact our Head Office at the email address listed below with your receipt and contact information and we will rectify transactions manually.
